Events & Marketing Executive
Job Title: Events & Marketing Executive
Job Function: Events Management, Administrative, Creative, and Sales
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma and 1 year events experience
- Intrapreneurial mindset, self-motivated and accountable individuals with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong passion for events, sales and marketing, demonstrating enthusiasm for the industry.
- Proven sales acumen with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales efforts
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Flexibility to attend events on both weekdays and weekends as needed
- Must possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks and responsibilities
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure all aspects of an event, from invitations to post-event evaluations, are handled meticulously
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes or last-minute adjustments during events
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Customer Relations & Service Executive (Full-time / Internship)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and outgoing Customer Relations & Service Executive to be the friendly face and voice of our brand. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a vital role in managing enquiries, building client relationships, and supporting seamless event experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and enjoys making people feel heard and taken care of.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact across multiple platforms – email, phone, WhatsApp, and website
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Assign tasks to relevant teams and monitor progress of event enquiries
- Support the Event Specialist in the coordination and execution of events
- Build lasting relationships with clients through timely and thoughtful communication
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from enquiry to event day
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams while managing independent tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Director as required
- Oversee basic office operations including inventory checks and procurement

- Minimum Diploma in Business, Communications, Events, or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Senior Marketing Executive (Full-time)

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Executive who’s ready to bring our brand to life through digital content and creative campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on – someone who can analyse performance and also jump into content creation with enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Maintain a clear and consistent content calendar in line with our brand voice
- Implement SEO strategies to boost visibility and organic reach while working with agency
- Track and analyse digital performance metrics to optimise future campaigns
- Support onsite event marketing, including live coverage and content capture
- Brainstorm, pitch, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that elevate our brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Prior experience in B2B Marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and content creation tools
- Passionate about digital marketing, branding, and storytelling
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong writing, visual, and communication skills
- Experience with events or marketing in an events-related industry is a plus

Sales Executive (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and is passionate about closing deals and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching our services, and converting leads into successful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outbound calls, emails, and platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, decks, and quotations
- Conduct needs analysis and pitch relevant event solutions that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM and sales pipeline
Requirements
- Degrees in Business, Sales, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, event sales, or business development (events industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person meetings or event attendances
- A strong network of corporate contacts is a plus
