Events & Marketing Executive
About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Events & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll wear multiple hats across marketing, sales, and event operations—playing a key role in driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering unforgettable experiences. You’ll work closely with
both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution while spearheading marketing campaigns that capture attention and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to drive awareness and lead generation
- Plan and manage content creation across key platforms (LinkedIn, EDMs, website, etc.)
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement
- Support campaign development, client outreach, and creation of marketing materials
- Track and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategies
Events & Client Engagement
- Assist in end-to-end event planning and execution, from conceptualisation to on-site coordination
- Liaise with clients to understand objectives, manage expectations, and provide timely updates
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery
- Prepare event briefs, timelines, and post-event reports
- Provide on-site support during events when required
- Prepare quotations and proposals for clients

Marketing & Sales Executive (B2B Business Development Focus)
About the role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive with a strong instinct for business development and client engagement. This is not just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping meaningful corporate events across Singapore. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold outreach, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), and other channels.
- Connect with decision-makers across HR, Admin, Marketing, and C-suite to understand business needs and position TheMeetUpSG’s offerings effectively.
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings and tailor proposals that align with clients’ objectives and brand values.
- Develop persuasive sales presentations, decks, proposals, and quotations that win business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and long-term account nurturing.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project handovers and successful event execution.
- Manage and track leads, pipelines, and forecasts through CRM tools.
- Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships to elevate event offerings.
- Represent TheMeetUpSG at industry events, networking sessions, and client engagements.
- Assist the Event Specialist during key on-site activations and client-facing moments.
- Manage content calendar.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, event sales, or business development—especially within events, hospitality, or marketing sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a hunger to meet (and exceed) sales goals.
- Strategic thinker who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable with hybrid work, including in-person meetings and attending client events when required.
- Existing corporate contacts and networks will be a significant advantage.
Senior Marketing Executive (Full-time)
We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore. In this role, you will take the lead in market planning, research, and strategy development to drive brand growth and engagement. You will also be responsible for managing client communications, overseeing sales initiatives, and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to grow brand awareness and lead generation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
- Manage and grow our digital presence across key social media platforms
- Create compelling content and campaigns aligned with brand objectives

Sales Executive (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and is passionate about closing deals and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching our services, and converting leads into successful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outbound calls, emails, and platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, decks, and quotations
- Conduct needs analysis and pitch relevant event solutions that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM and sales pipeline
Requirements
- Degrees in Business, Sales, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, event sales, or business development (events industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person meetings or event attendances
- A strong network of corporate contacts is a plus
